About Us – Johns Environmental

Johns Environmental was created in 2001 by Dr. Mike Johns and has developed into a highly respected Australian industrial wastewater consulting company.  We are based in Brisbane, and operate across Australia. 

Our primary expertise is in providing consulting, design and troubleshooting services to the food processing industry, especially meat processing and allied industries.   Johns Environmental has diversified into other sectors including fibre processing, commercial building systems and oil & gas.

Our edge is our highly trained staff.  We understand the scientific principles underpinning the operation of treatment and reuse systems and have the years of practical experience working with clients to achieve successful outcomes in the field.
